*ἐπ·αραρίσκω (prés. inus. auquel on rattache qqf. les formes d’ao. ἐπῆρσα, de pf. ἐπάρηρα et d’ao.2 moy. sync. ἐπάρμενος) :
      1 tr. ajuster ou fixer à ou sur : τί τινι, IL. 14, 167 (ἐπῆρσεν) une chose à ou sur une autre ;
      2 intr. (au pf., au pl.q.pf. et au part. ao. moy. poét. ἐπάρμενος) être bien ajusté à, IL. 12, 456 (pl.q.pf. 3 sg. ἐπαρήρει) ; d’où au partic. ἐπαρηρώς, qui s’ajuste bien : ποσσὶν ἐπ. ARAT. 83, ferme sur ses pieds ; ἐπάρμενος, bien ajusté, d’où préparé, prêt, HÉS. O. 599, 625.
