      1 diadicasie, càd. action en justice pour déterminer les droits de deux parties à un héritage, à un privilège, DÉM. 1082, 16, etc. ; pour statuer sur une exemption de redevance pour la λειτουργία, DÉM. 841, 5 ; pour décider qui devait payer certaine somme pour la τριηραρχία, DÉM. 704, 9 ; pour établir le droit d’un réclamant sur une somme d’argent confisquée, LYS. 148, 11 ;

ἡ, Prozeß (ἐν αἷς περί τινος ἀμφισβήτησίς ἐστιν, ὅτῳ προσήκει μᾶλλον, B.A. 236), in dem man um einen Vorzug bei Ehrenämtern streitet (τὴν τῶν ἀριστείων Plat. Legg. XII.952d) od. behauptet, daß Einem weniger zugemutet werden dürfe, als dem Andern, s. Meier und Schömann att. Prozeß S. 367 ff. Auch Prozeß gegen die Staatskasse, wenn man auf das confiszierte Vermögen eines Andern Ansprüche macht, Lys. 17.1 ; Dem. 28.17 ; vgl. Plat. Legg.
