* Prop.: Apollonium omni argento spoliasti ac depeculatus es,Cic. Verr. 2, 4, 17.
* Trop.: laudem honoremque alicujus,i. e. to detract from, diminish,Cic. Verr. 2, 4, 36.!*? In pass. signif.: ubi senatus intellexit populum depeculari (ἀποσυλοῦσθαι), Cael. ap. Prisc. p. 793 P.: me impune irrisum esse habitum, depeculatum eis,Plaut. Ep. 3, 4, 83 (dub. v. depeculatus).
