* Duomis ceruses,Varr. L. L. 7, § 26 Müll.; another writing KERVS in KERI POCOLOM, an inscription on a clay vase; the word is a masc. form to the fem. Ceres, and denotes the creator; from cer = Sanscr. kri, to make; v. Ceres.
