Proper name: AGATHYLLUS (Ἀγάθυλλος), of Arcadia, a Greek elegiac poet, who is quoted by Dionysius in reference to the history of Aeneas and the foundation of Rome. Some of his verses are preserved by Dionysius. (i. 49, 72.) (
